Shipping Info & Returns
FULFILLMENT TIMES
Due to all items being custom-made to order, processing can take anywhere from 2 to 7 days. Those fulfillment range days are subject to change once business picks up. Once the package is shipped, it can take 1 to 5 days, sometimes longer for delivery, depending on the shipping company. A tracking number will be emailed to you.
DELAYED OR MISSING PACKAGES
After the shipping company takes possession of your order, if any problems arise, you will need to contact the shipping company. All orders will be provided with a tracking number.
If your tracking number says your package has been delivered and you feel it has been stolen please contact your local police department.
REFUNDS AND OR RETURNS
Our refund and returns policy lasts 10 days starting on the day of delivery. If 10 days have passed since the day your package was delivered, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
If you received the wrong order, or your item is damaged, email us (info@laserbiddy.com) within 10 days of receiving your package (with photos) for an exchange or full refund.
If you place an order and change your mind, and your order hasn’t been created, you will be issued a full refund; normally, you have a 6-hour window to cancel.
If you cancel your order after it has been created and or shipped, you will incur a 30% restocking fee deducted from the item amount. You will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping along with 30% will be deducted from your refund.
